• The appraiser initiates the process by selecting the appraisee and subsequently setting competency ratings and providing feedback.
• The appraisee is then able to read the feedback comments from the appraiser and can take appropriate action, including expressing agreement or disagreement with the assessments made.
• All transactional interactions between the appraiser and appraisee are systematically recorded in a comprehensive database, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the evaluation process.
